Nice spot for you and the kids. Friday and Saturday are their busy days. That means no parking by your rooms if you're out late. Parking garage in the front in which you can get a shuttle or golf cart ride to room. Remember this is a resort so they're gonna be lots of people on site. Tennis courts, out basketball and 7 outdoor pools around resort. Time share are available here to purchase as well. Inquire about Time share purchasing when booking reservations. They have mini golf available on site and a waterpark as well. Had a nice time here. Orlando Florida off Interstate 4. This is building 100 and room on the 6th floor. 1 bedroom screened in balcony. So you can smoke if you're a smoker without being outside in the big infected air.

Been an owner for years and this place has really gone downhill. The units are disgusting, the dishes still had food in them from last guest and washer & dryer had soap all over it and washer was still full of stagnant water. If you're looking for a rental I'd suggest looking elsewhere as there are many better options in Orlando.

We came for a 90 minute timeshare meeting for cheap disney tickets.
Our “Sales Representative” was T Scott F Jr. (not including his full name for reasons but his name is Scott on his nametag). My wife told him upfront within the first 5 minutes that we were broke and were not able to buy a timeshare regardless of how the presentation went. He asked nice and had a ‘don’t worry about it’ kind of attitude and just asked us to listen and we would get through the 90-minute tour together.

He gives his mini life story, showed up pictures of his wife and their wedding and places they visited together because he owns timeshares. We were along for this 90-minute ride so we went with the program. We then took the tour of the facility and was brought back to what I call “the closing room”.

Now up until this point I held my tongue. Scott told many half-truths and deceitful statements that weren’t not flat out lies but were very very untruthful and misleading.

Scott sits us down and goes over some numbers and my wife very calmly asks how much longer this is going to be because we were over our 90-minute commitment (it was 97 minutes at this point and yes, I was timing it since we originally sat down with him). He tells her “Don’t feel bad for asking that is totally acceptable thing to ask and it is almost done”. He then gets into his whole ‘so what’s the barrier for not buying a timeshare’. I calmly tell him that we can’t afford it, we can’t even afford the vacation we are on currently as it was a gift and we were here only to save a few more bucks on the tickets.

It was at this point where his face changed and he looked right at my wife and said “What’s your problem?”. We were both caught off guard and my wife says “what do you mean?”. He then begins to shake his hands out in front of him and tells her that she has been “like this (shaking hands)” all morning and she was acting all anxious. Now this is where it took a turn. My wife was speechless and so was I. He then doubled down and asked her again what her problem was. She explained to him that it was over the 90 minutes and she wants to know how much longer it would be and he attempts to apologize for saying she has anxiety because (as he said) “my sister has anxiety and I know it’s a real thing”.
My wife was so caught off guard and says “screw you” and starts crying and gets up and runs to the bathroom. He looks as me and has the audacity to ask me what her problem was.
I look at him square in the eyes and tell him “You were kind of being a d*ck”. His face goes white and acts surprised. Now at this point I was pissed because he verbally assaulted my wife when she was doing absolutely nothing wrong. I told him that he was in the wrong because we agreed to come here and listen for 90 minutes for cheap tickets and he hasn’t held up his end of the agreement so he is already a proven liar. He again tries to double down and act like he didn’t do anything wrong and tells me that my wife “wasn’t acting the part and she should have just acted the part”.
It was at this point time I told Scott “F*ck you dude” I stood up and told him to F off and flipped him the bird. I walked through that entire closing room while holding up my middle finger behind me pointing at him while I tried to find my wife.
I caused a scene and I apologize to everyone who wasn’t Scott in that room but you crossed the line. You verbally assaulted my wife and then came at me.
It all ended and we did end up getting our ‘discount’ but it was not worth the pain and suffering my wife went through. And honestly any company that hires someone like that will never get my business ever. There was a nice lady who say what happened and followed my wife into the bathroom to check on her and you lady were very nice and I appreciate what you did.

So if you are ever getting a timeshare tour/meeting/whatever at Westgate, you better mentally prepare. My experience here makes Used Car Salespeople look like saints!
