The local workers are not very pleasant. No smile, no thank you, have a good day. Huge difference between the Tower Barracks Express and Rose Barracks Express. Rose Barracks Express employees really should take stock in customer service. The store is clean and pleasant to shop in but when it comes to check out during the morning duty day is just not pleasant. Maybe you should send in mystery shoppers and see for yourself the lack of customer service at check out. I visited One week ago around 1030 and will never go back unless I have no choice. This was not my first experience with bad service. Maybe this lady was having a bad day so I even tried to get her to smile and was super friendly and yet nothing. The lady was older and short with short blondish brown hair and was European. Wish I had gotten her name.

AAFES could certainly use a technology upgrade. It takes forever to pay at the cash registers but employees are always helpful and provide customer service with a smile.

The express has nice workers, definitely dnt head here straight after work around 15-17 cause that is the busiest it will get. Hunts pizza here is actually good. Big supply of what you need even some stuff for your car.

Be careful if you need diesel because there is always a line of gas cars. However, the staff is friendly and the lines are short outside of typical backed up times. If you need something healthy they have egg dished and frozen meals that is about it.

Lines can be rather long during rush hours and more registers could be opened but it's a good gas station with a great variety of snacks, food and drinks.
