The pizza is better than ever! The new spot is very big, so the menu has expanded. But we can't get beyond the pizza. The crust seems better for whatever reason. It's soft and tender but has a great crunch. Holds the toppings just fine.

I was in town for one night on business and really wanted something good to eat! Got into town kinda late so I didn’t have many options outside of the chain fast food joints. Not really a fan of pizza but i surely was not in the mood for fast food.

So I figured I’d give the brick n basil a try. If I’m gonna eat a pie it’s gotta be cooked by wood fire.

Needless to say this place doesn’t disappoint! I ordered a veggie pizza well done and it may have been the best thing I’ve ever eaten!

With some crushed reds, minced garlic & granulated garlic and it took it to the next level!

Kudos to brick n basil if you’re ever in Norwich CT check em out you won’t regret it

After a night at Foxwoods, I *highly* recommend checking out this pizza food truck nearby. It was around a 10 min drive from the Foxwoods/Mohegan sun area. We came with high expectations due to the hot reviews, and boy were they met!! Having tried the staples of New Haven, we felt we knew what amazing pizza could taste like. We absolutely loved all the pizza options, especially The Fresco! Everything seemed homemade, from scratch, and a lot of love put into it. This spot deserves all the high praise, so check them out!

Celebrated a friends birthday last evening at the new venue wonderful atmosphere inside full of chatter from a very full crowd of people bar is beautiful. Food was excellent. Just keep in mind. These folks have gone from a very small food truck to a very large restaurant you need to understand when you arrive there even when I did at five it will be very busy and they are now just getting used to serving so many of their faithful followers outstanding.

We went to the NEW INDOOOR site directly next to the former location. They had only been open as full service restaurant for 3 days. We sampled a bunch of different things and all the food was excellent. The soup was almost certainly home made and delicious. Meatballs for the kids were fantastic. Pizza was the same brick oven you might have had at the trailer before but cooked right in front of you in the open kitchen right in the dining room. They now have a full bar as well. There is a game room in the back for both adults and kids. Great art on the walls and fun tunes gave off a cool vibe. They were mobbed because it was only day 3 but the staff did great while they worked out the procedures.

Pizza and atmosphere was great. We've been going to trivia for years and we tried tonight's music bingo. Not the same as trivia but still a great time. The pizza is still just as great and the new appetizers were awesome. Just be careful the drinks add into the bill quickly.

I have driven by this location for several years, Finally decided to stop one evening because the aroma from the wood fired oven caught my attention. Ordered 2 pizzas and the love salad to go. Could not wait to get home to enjoy them. The salad was large and excellent with plenty of flavor. The pizza was the best that we have had in a very long time. Very favorable. It is now are to go place for pizza and and salads.

Been getting pizza from here for years, decided to try the new dining options and I was not disappointed. Food was excellent, the home made Caesar salad dressing was the best we have had, service was a little slow, but it was busy and I am sure things will improve in that area with more time.
